do this for at least five to ten minutes or longer Close your eyes while you do it

3...By this time you would realize that there is a Golden Ball, resembling of earth that hangs just above your Crown and it is emanating Violet flames for now--- is transmuting all the negatives inside you and will soon send out the Ashes through the back of your lower Solar plexus and Sacral into the nearest water body around you..


4..By now... you would see that there is a peacock or a bird..huge one like a chakora (Mythical Phoenix Bird) that is making sounds near you, beautiful sounds near your heart chakra
5.And now....Lotuses and chrysanthemums are everywhere around your Solar plexus and also near your lower two Chakras--Sacral and Root--this causes--The straight line through your Sushumna Naadi, in the inside of your spine is opening wider and allowing more influx of CSF--thru the Nerve centers now..

6.Find this through this meditation.. There is a particular flower that grows in China, it is rich in Nutrients and is very Powerful yet very fragile in Praanaa /life. If a human touches that, it withers off in two minutes.. The name of this Flower is "Fu-Hi"

7... If you want to use this flower for healing here, any negative energy within you, wherever it might be stored, just "Pluck that Flower mentally and making a clap sound with your thumb and index fingers--it will fall directly into your netted basket and then you smell it" its essence will Cure anything inside you, very easily--effortlessly.
8. If you can visually see now, there is a HUGE change in your heart chakra already. The Sound waves have now changed to smaller frequencies like 'Chini Chini, Jheeni, jheeni" Shriller in texture. 

9... Let the inner most feelings open out and come out to me, let them flow, there is nothing that will hurt me or cause me pain, if you release it in Love. Send it with love.

10. Breathe slowly now, you are breathing much faster than usual.. Calm thy soul--let the inner harmony speak or sing like a Chakora Bird. Keep chanting Hamsaha-Soham.. All through this. There is going to be a sudden surge of energy flow throughout your Spine beginning from the Brain, on that soft spot all through to your root and will Cleanse all your accumulated energies you have chosen to--allowed to be with you, without attaching yourself to it..

11... AHA, the light has changed to Golden Blue near your heart chakra..and Visshuddha--Throat chakras...it emanates beautiful SONGS of the heart and love and light, all through your heart and solar region as well.. faeries are speaking as well. they surround you completely Singing and Floating in Air..... making love in their Unique ways. Call them closer to you, they seem apprehensive. I am surrounding you with love n light, So you won't find this difficult at all. you are now in tune with your Rainbow Body....

12...After inhaling and exhaling several times in a slow pattern, keep releasing all Ashes like substances from your Solar plexus regions--which needs due care and loving allowance for these astral energies from those who you interact with, both offline and online--during your sessions, to go back into the universe and send them with Joy and ask them not to ever come back and attach to your solar plexus.

13..Give a mental command from your heart chakra area-- I am flying at the speed of Light and will soon Double it"

14. Now go at the speed of something which is faster than your thoughts itself--your Soul travels at the speed of a trillion times of how fast your thoughts would do, hence it is "Un-catchable" for thoughts...Now you are a Fully blossomed and fully Ignited Soul--traveling at its original speed and nothing around you is bothering its momentum and pace and its essence is not distracted and undisturbed--just float there as long as you wish to. Then, when you are ready come back to the Mundane--bring back some of the beautiful Smells from there, beautiful colours and colourful beings from that Realm of unified consciousness back to your mundane world. Infect all around you with this new profound Love you carry.

15... Once you are settled down, where you sit now, Calm your mind completely and have only one possible thought "I am myself and I see myself everywhere" I am both the periphery and core as well, there is Absolutely no Separation between the cosmos and myself. I am consciousness :)
Bathe in this glorious Light and Love and keep breathing slowly and enjoy each and every section of your body, slowly caressing them, with either your hands or just mentally or through an Inner seeing, with closed eyes..and keep making Love to yourself--in Wholeness.

16... Just feel this much now--I am Love and I emanate only love and everything else about me is just a mere reflection of that Love. I want to remain the Light that Shines always, not just bask in the glory of the Light that is reflected.

17...Now I am in a state of mind, where I see no separation, just Absolute Joy and joyful beings around me, who neither attract to me nor repel from me, each such being is fully brightened and is capable of only loving non-judgmentally. I adore these beings and I want them around me, surrounding my being every moment from here on and never want them to leave my surroundings.
I have met myself in my Truest nature of all beings. Now you can disconnect from my umbilical chord dearest
